Shipping policy

Items are shipped by Australia Post. Little Love-Lee's will not accept any responsibility for lost or misplaced or stolen items once they have been shipped. Customers are responsible to enquire with Australia Post if an item is taking longer than expected to arrive. A tracking number will be supplied for each shipment on request.

Shipping will occur within 14 days of purchase for personalised items and within 4 working days for ready to post items

Local pick up is available from Aberdeen NSW Australia. An email regarding time and address will be sent once order is completed. For items ready to send they can be picked up immediately, for personalised items a email will be sent once item is completed.
